Minor in Possession of alcohol

I am going to probate court for this and i am wondering what penalties i can be looking at?

In most jurisdictions the maximum penalty is a year in jail and $1000 fine, plus surcharges (the sentence can of course be less), but there can be many other adverse consequences from a plea or conviction regardless of the sentence. You should get a lawyer.
