Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My mother was a widow in 1973. In 1979 she married for the second time to a man who had been divorce then married then widow. He was a womanizer from the beginning. My mother did see this. He would hit on my cousins, friends and his step daughters. Toward the end of this 20 year marriage she was very unhappy and very scared of him. She told me she was goin to to divorce him. They had invested my mothers $200,000 and his money in to stocks, cars, houses, rental properties, stores and etc. They bought a house in Georgia for 350,000 back then and paid cash. Then the years past buy and he was getting greeter and meaner. They had made a lot of money and he was ready to move on. Then a couple days after I talk to my mother she was dead. They were only 5 minutes from hospital and she had been complaining of a headache all evening early morning. My step father waited until she was dead then called the ambulance. The month she died he ask me to sign some papers that was stock from my fathers in my name. I was still in shock and I told him I needed more time. This was June 1997. Well he told us not to worry there would be lots more money for his children and me and my sisters when he dies. And that it would be divided between the six of us equally. So I went ahead an sign them. Then two months after that he married there neighbor in 1997. Oh how convince that's was. Well he died sometime I think in June 2015. I was never told about his passing. I just so happen to be reading something online and looking up funeral parlor in Eatonton,Ga.

This was about 6months or so after he died. There was this sight on the funeral page to write something about him or flowers etc. so I called someone and had it confirm it was him and that he was dead. There had been a write up about this man and his 4 ex wife's and there kids. There was nothing said about my mother of 20 years and her daughters and are children. I was in shock, this man was there when are children were born. There is more please contact me if u can help me. I want to contest the will. I want to know the how much it was.

Thank you,

This is not a forum for contacting you back and soliciting. You'll need to contact lawyers in your area on your own. Nothing you posted indicates you have any legal entitlement to your former stepfather's property or grounds to contest the will.
