Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

If your parent died and left no assets or estate to probate court

Is there anything left for the

surviving children to do after sending

certified letters notifying credit

debtors of the parents death and the

parent not leaving assets or an

estate to probate? I did this and I'm

still receiving letters asking about the

debt. I have not responded.

I'd answer the 2nd letter with a copy of the 1st letter and a copy of the death certificate.

Consider consulting with an attorney about a harrassment case.
