Powers of attorney are never recorded in probate court.
Certain powers of attorney need to be recorded in the county deed records. That would depend on their content and how they are used.

Powers of attorney need to be recorded only if they are intended to be used for a real estate transaction.
They are recorded in superior court, not probate court.
