Probate and estate distribution

The Attorney is always giving me the run around regarding the poration of estate money owed to my mother. There is always an excuse can you help.

Is the a statue of limitations when all probates have been done and all parties are deceased. I am executor of My Mother's estate. This is a part of her estate.

You have a right to demand an immediate accounting from the attorney. When you get it, you should look around for another attorney.
