Probate Estate Question
My Ex- Husband was the last remaining heir to a property that his Mother had a quit claim deed for her Children.
He had remarried,had two kids, we had 1 son together. The deed now states that the children of his brothers and our son is the heirs to the property,not his younger children or his current wife (widow) . She now has total control of the property. I found out that I am listed in the papers as an heir too. Can Me,my son ,nieces and nephews,take the house from her ?
