Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

I own property in Georgia. Tenant living on property was great aunt. She paid no rent. She passed away with no heirs and no will. Two cars on my property in her name. What do I do with the cars?

Everyone has an heir. It may be a distant relative (it could even be you). Talk to the heir(s).

If she wasn't married at the time of her death and doesn't have children and her parents are deceased, her brothers and sisters may be the apparent heirs. Notify them. They will hire an attorney to resolve the matter

In addition, were the cars paid off? If not, the company that holds the car note has a security interest on the autos.
