redheaded step son

my father passed in 2001 he had a will. his life ins. was not enough to pay his depts. step mom filed for 12 months support to get rightdown on credit cards. a promise from her to my bro.& myself she would carry my dads wishes out that he states in his will after his depts get settled. his estate has 2 homes and appro.100 acres.will states she gets 5 acres&house.. 5acres&house to me. rest of property devided between her my bro. and myself. she has alredy gave 10 acres to daughter to put house on. She will not talk to me for some reason. the place will have to be survayed. i have my part to do this. i am the 6th. generation in my home witch was built early 1800s. my ancestors are buried right in my back yard. a lot of heritage. would like to pass my part to my son. thank you for your time. ps: step mom is the excuator of hi estate

You need to hire an attorney as soon as possible to make sure she probates the Will. If she is already deeding property without court authority she is violating the law. There are a lot of issues involved here, too many to talk about here.
