That is a question for the lawyer drafting the trust, or drafting a replacement document. One does not simple "delete" or "remove" part of a trust. If you have to ask, you need a lawyer - you don't even tell us your relationship to the trust, property, etc. If you want to mess it up, do it yourself.

I agree with the previous answer. Did you have a lawyer draft the trust. If not, you should consult with a lawyer to modify the trust or you should do legal research regarding the modification. You are in the Athens area. Therefore, you should have your choice of trust attorneys to choose for this matter.
