selling property

My father died in Georgia, July 16, 2008, left everything to 2 heirs and 1 benificary, equal, share and share alike, I am one of the heirs and exucutor of the estate and want to sell property, benificary does not like the price and objecting to petition to sell what will happen?

You are asking for nothing more than a guess, based on zero facts. Since you are the executor, you can either work it out with everyone, or retain a lawyer to guide you through this and other procedures.

You are asking for a guess without providing any of the needed details.

Presumably you have a lawyer (if you don't, you are at a point where you need one immediately) and you should be meeting with the lawyer right away to discuss your next steps.
