Sister on checking acct w deceased mother
My mom passed away in May . My sister was on a checking account with my mother that held the proceeds from the sale of my moms house. She cared for my mother until she passed away and was the poa. Does that give her the right to the money or should it be divided amongst the 3 daughters who are named in the will?
