Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

spousal rights regarding execution of trust

this person is married but has a child and grandchildren from 1st marriage. the estate has been put into a revocable trust but now the person is terminally ill. the child and grandson (who is the trustee of the will) are negotiating a contract on the property of the ill father. the current wife has been offered a small amount money from the proceeds of the property with the condition that she will take that money and never ask for more. the child & grandson have the actual will & are using it to try to ''hole'' proof their contract. what are the rights of the wife & is this legal???? HELP please point me in the right direction so I can try to help her (this couple is in their late 70's - she will be kicked out to the street when he finally does pass away if something isn't done quick) thank you! please call me by phone if that would help..--

Re: spousal rights regarding execution of trust

This situation is entirely too complicated to try to answer in this type of forum. I would advise you to immediately consult with a local attorney because all the pertinent documents need to be carefully reviewed.
