Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My unmarried daughter died in August, 2016 without a will. Her mother and I are divorced. The mother died in February, 2017. My daughter's estate is still in probate. Does the mother's estate still collect half of the estate of the daughter, or does it go to me as her closest surviving relative?

Her children if any are heirs. If no children, you and the mother's estate share the estate after creditors are paid. With so much elapsed time you need a lawyer asap.
