Do there exist means by which

I may pre=probate my own

L.W.& T., so that ALL it's terms

become automatic at my

death?

No.

A will is ambulatory - meaning it can be revised, changed, revoked up until you die. So, there is no way to lock in a particular will by filing it ahead of time, since you could simply change your mind one hour (one day, one month...) later, revoke the filed will and draft an entirely different scheme of disposition of your property.

You may be thinking utilizing an irrevocable trust instead of testamentary transfer, that may accomplish some of what you are getting at, but there are many details that you need to discuss with a GA licensed attorney. far beyond what can be discussed in this forum.

No, because anyone can change his/her will before they die, even on their deathbed. Maybe an irrevocable trust will work for you. Consult with a local attorney.
