Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

3 year i got a piece of metal in my eye form work and my supervisor said Im not obligated to send me to the hospital. The metal is still in my eye, it's rusting and is infecting my vision. Do I have a case?

Why would need anyone's permission to go to the hospital or doctor when you have something in your eye??? That makes no sense at all. Go to the doctor NOW!!! Worry about a case later. Is your vision not important to you?
