Re: Carpal Tunnel

You should be entitled to workers' compensation benefits. If you are approved for workers's comp, you should be able to receive treatment for your hands at the Employer/Insurer's expense (including mileage and prescription medication). Judging from your zip code in Lawrenceville, our firm will be able to help you select the appropriate doctor. With regard to your income benefits, this issue will depend on your level of disability as documented by the work comp doctor. If you are totally disabled, you should be receiving weekly income benefits as set by law. If you are partially disabled (or on light duty), you may have to prove that you have looked for work but are unemployable because of your work injury.
