Doctor's appointments while on Worker's Comp
Can an employer ask or require a person who has an active worker's comp claim to schedule their doctor's appointments before or after business hours to benefit the company?

I think that it is okay for an employer to ask that you schedule the appointments outside of working hours, as long as you can actually do so. In a lot of cases, though, it is just not possible. It just depends on the specific set of circumstances with which you are dealing, and what factors are actually under your control.
