Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

I was injuried on my job in 2010 Iwas physically attacked by a customer the manager made a police report so did i and the customer was arrested i was off for a week without pay so i had to return to work. i have alot of back pai in and serve headaches. i was hospitalized in dec for headaches and they are liable for my injuries. everything was caught on tape and charges filed . i was fired from this company in may of this year do i have a case. plus they never reported the injury or offer my wc
