Another Job

I have been injured on one job and am under workmans comp. Can I still work at my other job which is not at all demanding on my body. I have what appears to be some nerve damage to my right shoulder.

You can still work in the other job. But there will be issues to consider, such as whether you were working in the job during the 13 weeks prior to the injury. If you were, and the job is not similar to the job in which you were injured, you may be eligible to keep receiving temporary TOTAL disability benefits. If the job was similar, you may be eligible for temporary PARTIAL disability benefits. I definitely recommend consulting with an attorney to determine the benefits to which you are entitled.
