I have a broken wrist and arm I have been on W/C for over a year how long do they continue your benefits? What can you expect to receive in compensation if you can no longer have use of the primary hand

Normally, there is a maximum of 400 weeks of weekly temporary total disability benefits, but it may be less if you are released to light duty. It could be more if your injury were declared "catastrophic." Your permanent partial disability benefits would be based on a rating by the doctor.
