putting links into someone elses room and using another person account
Im asking for a friend..He was in a visual chat room and he put in some links to 2 rooms that did not belong to him, and he used someone elses accounts to kick people out of the room.. We think he was reported to his internet provider and we want to know if his provider can take him to court or if he could be punished in any way? there was no damage done.The programmer of the site said he was hacking but he wasn't
