Legal Question in Family Law in Germany

''adult runaway'' living with another family, legal options

If there is a runaway (over 18) that has left to be with another family what options do we have legally to bring him back? the family he left never had any problems with abuse of any form. we suspect he left because of a ''relationship'' that he wishes to pursue with the wife of the couple he is living with. however, his excuse for having left is abuse. if the other family with which he lives is preventing us from visiting him on their property, can we seek legal action? what we want is for him to live with us or in a place other than the family he is with currently because the reason stated above could lead to problems in the future.

Re: ''adult runaway'' living with another family, legal options

If he is over 18 and he is not incapacitated he is an adult and can live where he likes, you cannot force him to live in his childhood home.
