Received Notification of Winning a Lottery

I was referred to you by Micro Lottery International claiming to contact you to further process the monetary prize I won, and I would like to know if this is a legal enterprise and true to it's claim before I give away further private information - In simple words, is this for real?

Guessing this lottery is in England you can be assured it is fraud. We have seen not one case which was for real. Be very cautious to transmit any data or even money. You will loose
