Legal Question in Employment Law in Germany

Good Morning ,

My name is Sridhar, I am from Dubai. I am working working as senior Executive in Human Resources department(Government of Dubai). We have a small set up corresponding office in Germany (10 employees). We want to know what is the end of service benefits for resigned employee as Germany law. I hope you will help us on this issue.

Details:

We have one employee working higher management grade. And he is with us since 1991 onwards, his age 63 years now. If he will resign, what type of benefits employer has to pay(end of service pay)? As per German law..
