WE HAVE FINALISED THE CONTRACT WITH FEDERAL MINISTRY, GARKI,ABUJA. THEY HAVE SEND OUR CONTRACT MONEY AFTER THAT CENTRAL BANK NIGERIA LONDON STOPPED OUR PAYMENT FOR ''Anti-terrorism clearance certificate''.
SO PLEASE TELL ME CHARGES FOR OBTAINING THIS CERTIFICATE. OR ALSO TELL ME ANY BANK HAVE RIGHT TO STOP PAYMENT FOR THIS CERTIFICATE?
