Hello,

I'm afraid all your goods can be taken from you to cover the debt.

First it is important to see which type of debt it is in Greece. If it can be reduced by any legal means.

Secondly negotiate a reasonable payment plan, and at least avoid legal costs of a Greek company having to go through all the Greek legal system to get a official document with which they can claim you UK property, and then UK legal cast on top of that...

I've some experience in Greece, so feel free to get in touch with me on A at LL2.be
