Legal Question in Immigration Law in Greece

hallo. i am a greek citizen . I want to apply for h1b visa . lets say that i take the h1b visa as a mechanical enginner that i am . what will happen if after one month i want to do another kind of work in us . like cook at a restayrant . will i loose my h1b visa ? do i have the right to do this ?

Hello:

You have no right to change without authorization from USCIS and an H-1B won't be appropriate for a cook. You might look at the E2.
