Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Greece

Power of attorney in Greece and client rights

Thank you for any assistance. I recently received word that my father passed and left me in his will. I gave power of attorney to a lawyer in greece and wanted to know what my rights are and how the laws work. I am afraid I am having second thoughts and want to know my rights and how to implement change. Again any help would be appreciated

Re: Power of attorney in Greece and client rights

You should immediately to see an attorney who can personally invite you based upon the facts that you tell him/her. It is more complicated than just writing the question and hoping for the correct answer. More importantly, you're not schooled enough to do this yourself. Especially, if it involves attorneys outside the United States in another country such as Greece.i have been practicing law in this speciality for over 30 years in the san francisco bay area and if you wish to consult with me you can contact me at 925-945-6000.

You would have to discuss this matter with an attorney in Greece. In California you can recind the power of attorney at any time through a written document. That may not be the case in Greece.
