Legal Question in Immigration Law in Guam

I am a Canadian citizen that entered the US legally with a tourist visa and overstayed. I married a US citizen and we are now planning to get a divorce. We have not filed for the petition papers yet? Would I be deported right away after the divorce or can I do anything to somehow legalize my stay after the divorce with a lawyers help?

As a Canadian citizen who will divorce his/her US citizen spouse, how do you plan to legalize your status if you haven't applied through marriage to a US citizen? What other eligibility grounds do you have?

Did you come on a B2 visa (an actual visa in your passport)? When your I-94 had expired? Or did you enter on a visa waiver program as a tourist?
