Guam Deed of Trust question

If property in Guam was purchased during a marriage and the Deed was done in just one of the spouse's names, does the other spouse have a legal claim if the property has since been sold?

Guam is a community property state. Generally, if you purchase property on Guam during a marriage, it belongs to both marriage partners whether or not both parties were named on the deed.
