Revoking living trust created by guardian at litem

I need help revoking living trust created by guardian at litem while a minor. I have 2 separate estates totaling 350k-400k. Please advise. Help! Fiduciary non responsive to any request. By the way the trust is a revoaible trust and allows me rights to do such at age 18 which is now. Thank You T.C.

you will need to retain a qualifed attorney to review the trust instrument, provide you with advice and prepare any needed correspondence or documents for filing with the superior court. if the trustee is not responsive, a petition to compel termination of the trust may be possible - depending upon the language of the trust instrument.

You need to consult with an attorney who can review the trust and advise you on the best course of action. If the fiduciary continues to be non-responisve, it is likely you can petition the court for termination of the trust.
