I have had two other children and I take care of all three my children confortably. I ma scheduled to be married in december. The child's mother, now a Doctor and married to a convicted sex offender has returned, after seven years, and wants custody of our daughter. What legal rights do I have? What are my options?

Thank you for the above questions. As the father of the child you do have legal rights to your daughter. So does the mother. However, the Courts will take into account the best interest of the child and in doing so all the relevant facts. I cannot offer more specific advice without knowing more facts. I suggest you seek the services of an Attorney at Law and supply all the relevant information so that you can be be advised accordingly.
