Legal Question in Administrative Law in Hawaii

Hi! I have a quick question. My friend cannot pay his car so i took over but when i try to go to the bank to transferred the car under my name i did not get approve from a loan with the car but my friend said that it is okay to put it under his name and just pay it off and when it is pay off he will give my title to me but see I like to make an agreement form so he can sign just in case what happened but I do not know how to write an agreement form. Can you please help me.

Sounds sort of like a funky indemnification agreement. However, it could be done. If you can't find a form on google for this an attorney could probably draft it for around $300.00 or so.
