I sent my resopnse in as requested by the forum ,and now I recieved a ''schedling notice'', and now super confused as I've never been involved in anything like this before. Theya rerequesting any ''requests'', ''objections'', or ''time extensions'' by 4/26, and I don't know if or how I'm supposed to do these things. They don't explain these things. Any insist would be great! Thanks.

Re: Arbitation Forum

In reality, Arbitration is no different or less costly than a regular court hearing. So, it sounds like you are involved in a lawsuit/arbitration and you will need to attend hearings with an arbitrator and the arbitrator's decision may be binding upon you just like a regular court judgment.

I would advise retaining an attorney immediately. Aloha, Jon A. Zahaby
