Legal Question in DUI Law in Hawaii

Dui

I forgot to appear in court for a my DUI charge I had. How do I take care of this and will I got to jail if I turn myself in now? This is my 1st offense.

You need to post a bond to recall the bench warrant (2nd floor 1111 Alakea St.) and appear at the new court date or call the sheriff's office and turn yourself in on a early morning before court.
