Legal Question in Product Liability in Hawaii

Use of copying art from a (c) card format onto clothing

We manufacture silk clothing and have used a few greeting cards for inspiration for the clothing. Several of them have a (c) on the back where the artist's name is listed. Is there any liability issue in so doing? If so. to what extent? We are a start up company. We have purchased an insurance policy which has a 1 million dollar liability included. Thank you, in advance for your efforts on our behalf.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your question involves issues of trademark and copyright law not products liability. Unfortunately I do not represent individuals/companies for those type of cases. Good luck and aloha. Sincerely, TJ Lane.
