Re: Correct Forms

You need a purchase agreement and a deed drafted conveying title to you alone -- the deal should go through Escrow. Aloha, Jon A. Zahaby

Re: Correct Forms

Sounds as though your father has died? Was he a resident of Washington owning property in Hawaii?

Did he have a will? What does the will say? Did he leave the HI property to you as tenants in common - e.g. undivided interests?

What do your siblings think about releasing their interests?

You probably need to have a probate attorney get your father's estate through probate. Washington probate is very simple, but it just isn't suitable for doing it yourself.

Hope this helps. Powell
