The question is a bit vague. However, the first thing you need to do is make a detailed list of all of the items that are there. That way there is no dispute later about "missing" items. If they do not have the right to keep the property at the location, then you can send a letter giving them a certain time to remove the property otherwise it will be donated to ________. See if that works. If not you will need to comply with Hawaii Abandonment Law.
