Truth in lending and predatory lending

I have a bridge loan that was done jan 9th 07 ther was no disclosuers or truth in lending or hud statements is there a statue of limitations on no truth in lending in reguards to a mortgage foreclosuer??

Yes, there are several federal/state statutes that prohibit lending without good faith estimates and other disclosures. If you were not afforded those disclosures at the time of signing the mortgage may be void or voidable depending on the situation.
