Legal Question in Workers Comp in Hawaii

I got hurt on the job. I'm trying to collect workmans compensation. It's been 3-4 weeks now and no check. The insurance guy says he will mail it, but I'm still waiting.

I have gone to the Dr., how long does it normally take for someone to receive their WC check?

So long as your treating physician has disabled you from your job, you should receive payment immediately. Please note there is a 3 day waiting period so your payment should begin on the 4th day following your injury. Should you have any further questions, please contact me: tj at hawaii-attorney dot com.
