Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Hong Kong

Hong Kong Debt collector after 11 yrs
I am getting calls from a Hong Kong debt collector for a 11 year old debt I did not know about. They are claiming legal action. I live in the U.S. now. What is the statute of limitation on deliquent credit card debt in Hong Kong (from 1998) and what legal action can they actually take? Anything I can do to get them to stop calling me every night at midnight my time?

The statute of limitations would have expired. Ignore them and change your number.
