Legal Question in Family Law in Hong Kong

Questions regarding California divorce

1. Does financial aid (grants and loans) received during marriage for school count as income that is community property? Because the financial aid comes with grants and debts.

2. What if my spouse lies about his income and property? I'm concerned about this since, he lives in Hong Kong and I imagine it would be difficult to confirm his statements.

3. Does my bank account that is shared with my parents and my sister count as community property?

4. My spouse recently sent me a contract that he wrote himself in an attempt to ''save'' our marriage. In it it basically restricts who I can talk to, forces me to accept his phone calls, binds me to do wifely duties, and requires a $100,000 fine if I break the terms of the contract. If I follow the terms of the contract, then he will grant me a divorce after 7 years. I, of course, do not intend to sign that contract, but I'd like to know if such a contract is even legal.

5. Am I responsible for debts that he may have taken on during the time before the date of seperation? We've lived apart for a long period of time during our marriage so I don't know a lot of what he may or may not have done.

Thanks.
