Hell�s Angels name, can I use it

I am planning to start an dating site for Hell�s Angels lovers, I won�t use there logo just the line:

Dating for Hell�s Angels lovers.

I live in Greenland (country not listet, Greenland is a part of Denmark), can Hell�s Angels prosecute me for using that name ?

Unless they have a registered trademark in Denmark, they have no rights. Trademarks are entirely on a territorial basis, and in most jurisdictions there are no "common law" trademark rights (i.e., rights without a trademark registered in that country). Further, trademarks apply to "classes" or categories of goods and services, so even if they had a registration for something like "motorcycle clubs" as a service mark (and likely they would also have some in apparel class 25 like T-shirts, leather jackets), your activity might not be infringing.

You would have to ask a Danish lawyer whether there are either EU or Danish trademarks registered by the group that would be infringed by your planned activity.
