I have searched the web and phone desperately, need a probono or an attorney on consignment, or pay an attorney to coach, have been in a very long lawsuit, it is in appeals, it is against the county, there is alot of radical anti-dairymen on my side, i have an excellent case but not one signle attorney wants to go against the county in this area, it is hard to travel to an attorney in another state or town, have been through 3 attorneys, ran out of money, still proceeded on my own, I have been through hell, why can't attorneys just be decent humans and not rape people desperately needing their services. Help, Help, Help, I am willing to do all the work, I just need an advisor on how to write my appeal, I have gotten the transcript and the records from the clerk, I am ready to proceed, I just need help formatting it. Treatment from lawyer in Twin Falls county has left me feeling sick to my stomach, horrified at how they can take advantage of you and not help and how attorneys are bought and sold by the court systems and the judges. My quedstion are there any really honest lawyers out there that just might help the poor.

I am sorry you have had such a bad experience. however, most attorneys are honest and hard working. I can't explain to you why you were treated like you were because I don't know the facts or circumstances of your case. I do know that many times it is just the client not understanding the court system, what must be proven, what the stancard of proof means, etc.

Like the othersk, I am going to cop out also, because the last person I want to represent is a person that thinks all attorneys are crooks and just want to steal their money.
