How do I file a complaint against an attorney?

Two judges in texas granted me compensation when I became divorced. My ex moved to Idaho before I could collect. I hired an attorney there and paid him 1250.00 up front which I was to be reimbursed. The judge in Idaho ruled in my favor yet this attorney will not return my calls and I have not received anything in compensation. I am low income and disabled..what can I do?

You'd have to see whether there is a state bar for Idaho, and what procedures, if any, they have for filing a grievance against that particular attorney. You can't do anything in Texas to affect the Idaho lawyer.
