Captial murder laws and trials and cases\first Degree

i have a close friend who,s facing first degree capital muder. and i need help pretaining simlar cases and ect; i need to know what i can do in looking up simlar cases in resolving this matter. their was no wepon found neither was he stop at the crime site only brought in afterward for questioning. then filed on after exercising his right buy remaing silent,within this 72 hour period. please help,sincerely

Frankly, my advise is that this case is too serious to be posting questions online. Only talk about the case to a lawyer you have retained in a private, face to face meeting. DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE ELSE EVEN TO ASK QUESTIONS! The charge is serious enough that law enforcement uses informers, undercover inmates, all kinds of crazy stuff.
