Legal Question in Elder Law in Idaho

Parents tricked

My parents (80's) were tricked into signing over their property in Idaho over to my sister. I filed a criminal complaint against her and her husband. Now I find out that they obtained a loan on the property promptly after getting the property put in to thier name. What are the chances of my parents getting back their property? If they can, how long will this take thru a criminal complaint?

The criminal complaint won't do it unless the DA files charges, and demands and gets a restitution order that they clear and pay off the note. Get an attorney local to the property to file suit ASAP.
