Changing Visitation

Approx. 1 yr ago there was a change in visitation due to a last wish of a dieing grandparent. Since then the grandparent has passed. My daughter who is 6 now does not want to go to her father's anymore. She likes him to come and visit her here in Idaho (which was supervised). He does not provide her with her medicines as he is suppose to. Nor does he provide insurance for her as was ordered in the Decree of Divorce. He also regularly falls behind on child support and at this time is currently behind. Can I stop his visitation from happening that is coming up? What are my options for the long term? file a petition to hold him in contempt for failing to comply with the decree by not paying ch supp, not providing insurance and anything else he is not doing as required. Include a request to modify the visitation based upon his failure to do the things required for his visitation and also ask that the visitation be provded only at such time as he provides copies of documents that he is providing insurance, etc.

Do not let the child go and if you can get a temporary restraining order until such time as he provides the security he is required to do.
