In a divorce with children, what is the penalties for a person if they admit to adultery charges?

in my jurisdiction which is in Dominican Republic consequences on adultery charges as divorce cause may be the removal of children custody to the party in fault.

I have never seen an adultery charge prosecuted in Ada County. However, if your spouse can prove that you committed adultery and that that helped break up your marriage, he/she might be able to get a scewed distribution on his/her side because of that. 2. If you do get charged with it by the state of Idaho, you can get 6 months in jail and/or a $300.00 fine, or both, on a 2 year probation period.
