How many h 1 visa can a person apply for in a lifetime. Also How soon after being approved in April for h 1 visa can does it take to get interview with consulate and after interview can a person fly right away on visa?

Dear Inquirer:

There is no limit to how many H-1B visas a person may apply for in a lifetime. If a person is approved for an H-1B for Fiscal year 2010, the visa wil be valid for up to ten days prior to October 1, 2009.
